Terms of Service

1. Service Provision & SLA Guarantee
zevcdn provides edge content delivery networks, origin shield caching, GeoDNS routing, and WAF security services. We guarantee a 99.999% SLA Uptime across our global POP network. In the event of service outages exceeding SLA thresholds, customers are eligible for pro-rated service credits.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Customers agree not to utilize zevcdn edge nodes for illegal content distribution, malware hosting, unauthorized port scanning, or malicious DDoS orchestration. We reserve the right to suspend pull zones in violation of DMCA or international cyberlaw upon notice to abuse@zevcdn.com.
3. Bandwidth Billing & Crypto Payments
Bandwidth consumption is calculated in gigabytes (GB) delivered across edge POPs. Pre-paid bandwidth and cryptocurrency plan top-ups processed via NOWPayments.io are final and non-refundable once on-chain confirmation is completed.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zevcdn Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from origin server unavailability or third-party DNS provider outages.
