1. Information We Collect

zevcdn Inc. ("zevcdn", "we", "our") collects information necessary to deliver high-performance edge content delivery, DDoS mitigation, and billing services. This includes:

• Account Credentials: Email addresses, organization identifiers, and hashed passwords.
• Edge Telemetry Logs: Client IP addresses, HTTP request URIs, response status codes, bytes sent, user-agent strings, and POP routing codes.
• Payment Data: Cryptographic wallet transaction hashes and NOWPayments invoice IDs. We do not store private key material.

2. Edge Log Retention & Processing

Access telemetry logs generated at edge POP nodes are processed in real-time to compute bandwidth billing, detect security threats, and render Live Edge Access Logs in your customer dashboard. Access logs are automatically aggregated and deleted after 30 days unless extended log retention is enabled.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All customer API keys, SSL/TLS certificates, and origin secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Communication between edge nodes and control plane APIs occurs strictly over TLS 1.3 encrypted tunnels.

4. Your Data Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your account data and pull zone configurations at any time via your dashboard settings or by contacting privacy@zevcdn.com.
